This might be a break with a smoothie, while sitting in the garden, enjoying nature. You can cook a wholesome plant food meal and enjoy it together, try already some funny Yoga positions or just be creative and do some art together.

As parents try to get each one a few minutes (around 10-15 min) in your morning and evening routine for conscious breathing, meditation or visualizations!
