Cooking classes for families based on wholesome plant food

In these classes you and your children will prepare/cook healthy meals together. Of course for the meals plant food is used only, so you will be able to jump right into the flavours given by nature. You will get to know lots of megical family recipes from YogicLifeFlow. In addition cooking and eating together gives you the opportunity to explore, share, laugh together and foremost deepen your bondings. So of course, you will spend a jolly and lighthearted time as family. Further more you will learn about healthy spices and herbs used in ayurvedic cousine, since YogicLifeFlow-Cooking-Classes are Ayurveda oriented. The cooking classes can be booked for your own family or you can join a cooking class for families were you can meet other families as well. Are you ready for this adventure! Here we go:
